Since 1996 Tim Stanley and TDS IT have been the local source for Xerox in Northwest Arkansas. TDS IT specializes in the ability to provide a high level of service as a Managed Technology Services Provider.

Since 1988, Plan A has been my guiding principle, driving my dedication to delivering top-notch technology solutions to clients, leading me to establish TDS in 1996 to expand on this vision. Alongside my professional endeavors, I take delight in discussing my Irish Dexter cattle and the marvels of ZAC ranch, while my passion for Plan A continues to inspire innovation and excellence in the technology industry.

Christina loves to dig into the details and create efficiencies to improve upon processes that better support both our clients as well as TDS IT team members.  She has been with TDS IT since 1998 and has worked many roles within the TDS IT team.  When not crunching numbers, she is often at the gym, working on vehicle projects, or spending time with family and friends.

David Farley

David Farley is the VP of Sales for Total Document Solutions. He has been with the company since 2007. He started his career, after graduating from the College of the Ozarks, as a Graphic Artist and Production Manager for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. His understanding of graphics and print translated perfectly into his role as a customer representative for the extensive TDS IT customer base in NWA.

Stephen Carlisle
VP of operations

Stephen is the former CEO of Business World,  in Little Rock, Arkansas. He joined the company in 2002, initially leading its Aqua Java division, became CEO in 2017, succeeding his father, Jerry Carlisle. Following Business World's acquisition by TDS IT in 2023, he continued as VP over TDS IT Little Rock

Greg

Greg Norris is the SR Director of Strategic Development. Greg has 40+ years in sales and organizational leadership. He has experience in Managed Print Service, Facilities Management Services, IT Services and Major Account Development. His role at TDS IT is to help bring people, process, and technology to current and future customers. When not working he enjoys spending time traveling with his wife (Sheryl) and playing golf.

A Bold, New Chapter: TDS IT Joins GFI Digital
In August 2026, TDS IT joined
GFI Digital, expanding its service portfolio and strengthening its presence in Arkansas. As part of
GFI Digital, TDS IT continues to offer high-quality service while benefiting from additional resources and expertise.

The trusted team remains the same, but we now provide an expanded range of services, including Copiers and Printers, Managed Print, Managed IT, Business Phone Systems, and Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) solutions. We are here to help your business succeed with even more capabilities.

THE START
Tim Stanley began his journey in the imaging and technology space in the fall of 1988 with Eastman Kodak selling production printers.

Early Steps
In October 1996, he took a major step forward by purchasing the Northwest Arkansas Xerox Agency.

starting growth
By 2002, Tim had moved into his first building in Fayetteville, AR, laying the foundation for future growth.

new horizons
In 2020, Tim transitioned into a Xerox dealer, and just a year later, relocated the company to Lowell

A Huge Step
The momentum continued in 2023 when TDS IT added Epson to its lineup. That same year, the company acquired Business World.
